    Jeff was raised in the car business and grew up with a backround in the service department. A graduate of the University of Maryland, he opened our Easton location with Chrysler and Jeep in 1995. In 2001 the Dodge franchise was acquired allowing the store to offer the full line of Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep products in one location.

    Under Jeff's management the dealership is now the 'oldest dealership in Easton'. Jeff's direction has led to multiple recognitions including; "Five Star" status from Chrysler, multiple "Manager of Distinction" awards, the "Next Level" award, and the "Nardelli Challenge" award, among others. 

    Jeff carries forward the same values that were instilled with him-"work hard and treat others as you would like to be treated". Every operation of our store is based on this principal. We take a low overhead, hassle-free approach to business that allows us to provide you with the best ownership experience possible. When you buy a car from our dealership you are our customer for as long as you own that car.

    Fletch has 12 years of experience in automotive sales. He began with Fred Frederick in August of 2001 as a Retail Consultant. In May of 2006 he accepted the posistion of General Sales Manager.

    Throughout his time in sales, Fletch has been Chrysler certified for 12 years. He has earned Gold Certification, Sales Master, and Sales Master Elite awards as a sales consultant and Sales Master certification, Manager of Distinction recognition, and Silver acheivement from the Business Manager Association as a Manager. Fletch is also a Certified Commercial Consultant.

    Fletch is a local resident of the Eastern Shore, spending his spare time boating, fishing, hunting, and with family. He is an officer with Greensboro Volunteer Fire Company and looks forward to working with each of his neighbors. Fletch will do what is neccessary to save you time, money, and hassle.

    Brian has 14 years of experience in automotive service. He began with Fred Frederick in 1999 as an automotive trainee. He has worked his way up over time and is now the Service Manager.

    During his time with Fred Frederick Brian has obtained Chrysler and ASE Master Certification. He acted as the Shop Foreman and Automotive Youth Education System mentor for multiple youths aspiring to become automotive technicians.

    Brian moved to the Eastern Shore as a youth from Crownsville, MD. In his free time Brian enjoys cycling, offshore fishing, boating, brewing craft beer and spending time with friends and family. If you have any service related concerns please contact Brian directly

    Clark joined our family in September of 2001. He has been in the automotive business since 1995.

    Clarks holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Management from Missouri Southern University and has been Certified with Chrysler for 13 years. He has served as both Service and Parts Directors throughout his career. He can be found at our parts counter, happy to help with your automotive parts and accessories needs.

    Clark spends his time away from the dealership farming, playing softball, hunting, and fishing.

    Bonnie Usilton

    Bonnie has been with the Frederick Family since we opened the Easton location. She over 20 years of experience managing the financials inside a dealership.

    Bonnie is a native of the Eastern Shore and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Salisbury State University.

    In her spare time Bonnie enjoys collecting rubber stamps, sewing, her cats, and spending time with her husband.

    Tyler Terry is our Assistant Sales Manager. He joined the Fred Frederick family in February 2013.

    Tyler has extensive experience in the sales and boating industries. He has managed and owned boating services.

    When Tyler is not demonstrating vehicles to customers and assisting the sales staff, he can be found spending time with his family. He enjoys fishing and boating.

    Charlie joined Fred Frederick in June of 2007 as a Retail Sales Consultant.

    As a sales consultant Charlie has been certifed for 6 years and is currently a Certified Commercial Consultant.

    Originally from Winchester, VA and now residing in Denton, Charlie spends his spare time boating, riding motorcycles, and putting around on the golf course. He is a member of the Castle Harbor Yacht Club and warmly welcomes his friends and neighbors to experience our no hassle approach to business.

    Donnie has over 20 years of automotive sales experience and has been with the Fred Frederick family since we opened in Easton.

    Many of you may know Donnie from the Easton Middle School where he is employed full time.

    Donnie is a native resident of the Shore and spends his spare time running his own trash disposal business and collecting cars. Donnie is glad to welcome his collegues and friends as valued customers.

    Stephanie has experience in retail sales, industrial sales, customer service and management.

    Keith joined our family in November of 2006 and has over 20 years of experience in the automotive business.

    Having spent over 16 years in sales, Keith made the transition to service advisor to continue helping customers with their vehicle ownership.

    When he is not in our service department offering guidence with your vehicles needs, Keith spends his time with his family and enjoys antique cars.

    Michael joined the Fred Frederick family in September of 2012. He is one of our Service Advisors.

    Michael has 10 years of automobile parts departments working with several dealerships. He decided to extend his experience into service advising with us.

    When Michael is not working behind the service counter, he enjoys restoring cars and improving their speed capabilities. With these project cars he enjoys drag racing. Michael also enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

    Jason joined the Fred Frederick family in August of 2012. He is our parts department advisor.

    Jason has 15 years of experience working in the parts industry. He has worked at parts distributing companies and other automotive dealerships.

    When Jason is not behind the counter assisting you with parts, he can be found spending time with his family. He also enjoys watching the drag raves and spending the afternoon out on the boat.

    Jack has been with us since February of 2007. He has been in the automotive industry since 1968. For the past 16 years Jack has worked inside of dealerships as a service/parts advisor. He has been Certified with Chrysler for 3 years.

    When Jack is not helping with your parts and accessories needs he can be found on the golf course.

    Rose joined the Fred Frederick family in July 2012. She is the title clerk/receptionist.

    Rose has many years of experience being reprint account manager with a local printing company. She also has several years experience in silk and textile printing.

    When Rose is not smiling in our showroom assisting customers she can be found spending time with her family. Rose and her family enjoy afternoons on the water fishing and crabbing. When she has the rare time to herself, she does enjoy a good book.

    Elizabeth is our Administrative Assistant, helping the service and sales departments service customer needs and with reception in our showroom.

    Elizabeth spends her spare time competing in antique tractor pulls, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends. When she's here you can find her in our showroom with a smile and a helping hand.
