Our approach takes away the song and dance you find at most dealerships going through the buying process, starting with our pricing. When you shop with us you will find NO false discounts (freight removal, implied trade bumps, or unqualified reductions). What you won't find with us is a Processing or Documentation fee that ranges fro $300-$1000 at most other dealerships. What is a processing fee anyway?

The "It's simple" Process

Did you know 90% of automobile buyers do not buy the first vehicle they inquired about?
That's because in the end the most important thing is getting a vehicle you will be satisfied owning because it satisfies both wants and needs
Before we even begin to move towards asking you for a commitment or presenting a price, our goal is for you to be able to answer yes to three questions:

Have we answered all of your questions about the vehicle?
Have we found a vehicle that truly meets all of your wants and needs?
Have we found a vehicle that you would be happy owning if it fits your budget?


Without these, does price really matter for something that doesn't have value to you?
Once we've answered all of your questions and you've decided on the right vehicle, your product specialist will gather the necessary information to ensure we find you all eligible incentives, appraise your trade if you have one, and introduce you to one of our Desk Managers to confirm everything is accurate to make moving forward quick and easy.
Your Desk Manager will evaluate your trade vehicle, compare market prices and auction reports for a competitive value; research all available incentives, specifically qualified to you; and structure a detailed, competitive pricing offer to present. Do we say no haggle because we refuse all negotiations? We do not, however we do not price vehicles with negotiations in mind so there is often little or no room left to "haggle". Do you really want to do business with people who tell you it's "their best" and then change it several times?
Once you've agreed on a price structure that fits your budget, we're happy to utilize our selection of banks to find you the most competitive terms available to fit your budget. We offer low APR programs, extended terms, and customer specific leasing options to meet various needs. Your desk manager will provide an estimate of payments but to secure an accurate quote and specific finance terms or rates a credit application will need to be submitted to our banks. At this time you will meet with one of our finance experts to discuss your options and provide the necessary credit inquiry information.
After your financing is approved, your finance expert will provide detailed information on the terms and present you with customized options for extended vehicle protection, GAP insurance, and vehicle maintenance options for your selection.
